LCP UK, part of M Core, has completed the letting of Bescot 260, a prime 261,912 sq ft (24,332 sq m) industrial/warehouse facility on Bescot Industrial Estate, Wednesbury, to BJS Home Delivery. The transaction was handled by joint leasing agents BOX4 Real Estate and Bulleys.

The unit benefits from 26 electric roller shutter doors, LED lighting throughout, a large secure yard, minimum 6 m eaves and excellent connectivity – just two miles from Junction 9 of the M6.

BJS Distribution, the Midlands-based two-man home delivery specialist, has taken the entire building on a new long-term lease to support its continued national growth.
