Our history
We are a family run business with years of experience in the retail, transport and IT industries. We’ve combined our skills to create a new kind of delivery business – meeting the high standards required by customers like you.
We began with a clear vision — to provide the best two-man delivery service in the UK, based upon our great people skills and reliable service that is second-to-none.

We grew fast, purchasing a fleet of 10 vans – enabling us to grow our business and win some great new clients.

To handle the upturn in orders and improve overall efficiency, we invested in a new IT system.

We began delivering for The Cotswold Company – which we continue to work closely with and enjoy a great relationship.

We were one of the first to introduce ‘next day’ and ‘choice of delivery day’ for our customers; a breakthrough in the two-man delivery market.

We began working with Made.com to support their phenomenal success in the UK furniture market.

We moved from our 18,000 sq. ft. facility into a 125,000 sq. ft. facility to meet the demands of our business growth.

Never standing still, we again upgraded our IT system to meet the ever-growing demands of our customers and end-users.

We recalibrated our business to ensure that our rapid growth had not affected our performance, as well as improving processes and systems to increase and improve our service offering.

Our Head of Service & Development Manager was employed to provide training and personal development for our whole team – ensuring that we meet the high customer service expectations of our customers.

Our fleet of vans increased to 70, including the acquisition of several 7.5t and 18t vehicles for completing increased volume collections from our customers and suppliers.

We launch our Training Academy by converting a standard office building into a ‘real house’ setting – training teams in the art of furniture delivery before they are ready to deliver to a ‘real home’.

We relaunch our new brand identity to better reflect our service ethos and values – ensuring our clients know that their products and their customers are safe in our hands.
